《七年之痒》讲诉了三对性格、家庭迥异的夫妻，主要以魏海东（华少）和陈晓荷（文清）为主角。年过三十五岁的魏海东和妻子陈晓荷在这个城市里过着都市白领的生活，他们的婚姻走过了七个年头，到了所谓七年之痒的阶段，他们曾经不相信这种普通人总结的情况会出现在自己身上，但当时间一点点流逝，当爱情的甜美被生活的现实一点点蚕食，情感裂痕开始出现，婚姻的大厦一下子显得岌岌可危。
