《同居男女》讲的是一个俏房东和四个极品租客之间的囧事和趣事，故事以他们的“同居生活”为主线，折射当下年轻人的人际价值观和爱情观。
梅尔·吉布森不会亲自执导这部影片，而是让《启示》的第一助理导演Adrian Grunberg来当导演。不过这部影片的剧本是吉布森自己创作的，而且他也将亲自主演。
