崔贵华饰演姜浩俊，他是人权促进委员会的总管调查官也是检察厅外派的调查官，是一个集中力极强，以身体支配精神的行动派。周围人都认为他正义感爆棚且冲动，但他其实是一个脑子运转得比身体快的人物。他和冷静的搭档韩允书在性格上刚好互补。
