BBC宣布续订《神秘博士》第十一季，不过重点在于，《神探夏洛克》编剧Steven Moffat将在第十季结束后退出该剧，将帅印交给《小镇疑云》编剧Chris Chibnall，新一任博士则由《小镇疑云》中饰演死者母亲的Jodie Whittaker担任，她将是Doctor Who历史上的第十三任博士，也是首位女博士。

TheWrap爆料，据Screenrant消息，[神奇女侠2]故事背景将设置在上世纪80年代美苏冷战时期，戴安娜的对手来自苏联！此外有消息称，华纳准备在续集中为克里斯·派恩保留一个位子。在首部结尾派恩饰演的女侠恋人史蒂夫已经死去，史蒂夫究竟会以何种面貌回归实在让人好奇。目前续集剧本正在撰写中。
日本版沿用了以地名作为剧名，六本木也是东京融合了很多外国文化的繁华地段之一。
