《新圣水湖畔》是由山西作家影视艺术制作有限公司出品的当代农村剧，原名《湖畔新村》。在党中央富民政策的指引下，湖西村的生产发展了，农民也富了起来，被县里定为了小康示范村。村党支书黄金贵想用村里的一笔结余款在湖西上建立一座“星级”的“水上乐园”来招引更多的旅客，从而增加收入，安排村民就业，使村民们都富起来。
