在一个大家未知的时空里，有着百年建校史的魔法校园魔女乌龙院里，培养着魔力各异的魔女团体。尚未发现魔力的女主角贝贝在入学后这段时间里却发生了一系列匪夷所思的事件--吸血鬼重现人间、魔女离奇失联，全校唯一的男教师--杰克老师行踪神秘，疑似和魔女们的死对头--吸血鬼女王菲奥娜有着不可告人的秘密。杰克老师的真实身份究竟是什么？努力成为魔女的贝贝能否和魔女们一起打败吸血鬼的邪恶势力？一场魔女与吸血鬼的世纪之战即将拉开帷幕。
1949年上海解放前夕，沪新纺织厂(简称“沪新”)的老板陆家祺发现堂弟陆家良与自己的小老婆素蓉在偷情，勃然大怒的陆家祺在大老婆的挑唆之下，决定让陆家良一人留在上海守家业，自己带着全家前往香港，其实是想借共产党的刀杀了他这个同胞兄弟。已经怀孕的素蓉知道陆家祺的险恶用心后，毅然留下与其爱慕的陆家良同生共死，令陆家祺大为震惊。 不久，留在大陆的素蓉生下一子，取名陆建国，正巧那天在同一产房里还出生了另外两名新生儿，一个是进驻上海的解放军指挥员高大捷的儿子高红旗，另一个是陆家的仇人——“沪新”厂的工人郝大个的女儿郝爱华，三个孩子从此结下不解之缘。

莲音和法音在不可思议星球拯救了“太阳之光”，并找回人与人之间的牵绊。这两位公主离开了不可思议星球，到皇家梦幻星球上的“皇家神奇学园”内就读。这个学校内集合了想取得皇后与国王资格的各国（星球）公主与王子，是一所住宿式的学校。莲音和法音在那里，非常想交新的朋友。但是，爱钱的主任、待人冷淡的学长姐、一堆令人头痛的校规，阻碍了两人。再加上成绩的计算方式是采取相互竞争的点数制，四周充满竞争，更别说交朋友了。学校礼堂里有一座太阳之钟，据说敲响它就能够变身成为宇宙独一无二的“宇宙公主”，但是至今没有人能够敲响它。没想到，莲音和法音一碰到美愿之钟，在她们头上的钟就突然响了起来，声音贯彻云霄，并且出现了两位天使，从她们的头顶上缓缓降下。前次拯救了不可思议星球的双子公主，这一次拟定了一个计划──“学园友好计划”。她们决定用这股力量，帮忙解决学园里各种事件和帮助同学们，来交新的朋友，并让学园更加融洽。
