We can understand that the responsibility chain mode is a chain composed of processing requests. Requests are passed between these objects in turn until we encounter an object that can process it. Although this scheme protects the host's available memory from attack, the backlog queue itself brings a (small) source of attack. When there is no space in the backlog, it is impossible to respond to new connection requests unless the TCB can be recycled or removed from the SYN-RECIEVE state.
